The most I drink before feeling bloated is three cans. My high metabolism and consistent exercise is probably what's preventing me from gaining any significant weight, but it's still good to have goals either way!

It's cool you have the maturity to work on your problems. I'm trying to drink soda less, while obviously not as serious as getting hooked on cigarettes, it's still something I have a hard time getting through a day without. Excited to see the content you'll have this year!
