🆕 Strong financial performance creates basis for new #dividend policy: A starting dividend of €0.10 per share is proposed for fiscal year 2025 – from fiscal year 2026 onwards, a dividend of 10-20% of adjusted EPS (earnings per share) is planned. 💪
