Called my doctors to see where my prescription was, and they ever so politely informed me that it was filled out on Friday and is in the NHS app under “prescriptions”.

Okay, so things aren’t going great. My anti depressants ran out before my review for them and then I get notifications like this which really aren’t helping my anxiety!

So glad remote Max Raids is now a thing. I’m never able to do in person raids anymore so missed all the previous G-Max ones. No shiny, but have a small army to help in future raids now! #PokemonGO
