Now that I can absolutely get behind. Took a pie-focused cooking class once and had a similar experience. So much effort! If I'm not making the pie I dig apple. If I'm making it? I'd rather spend the energy on something better.

Merely out of curiosity, I see the edition dropped from 2024 to 2021. Was there any particular reason for that?

As a Seattleite, I would much rather have either sunrise at 04:00 on the Summer solstice or 09:00 on the Winter solstice than continue to deal with DST. 🤷♂️
