Githyanki haven't really changed THAT much since 1981. It's mostly just "higher quality" art in that 5th edition one.

I'm not an artist myself, but I can share some art I've commissioned for one of my OCs! Here's Grace, or at least that's what she's called because she's at least somewhat Fey in addition to being a yuan-ti pureblood. She's an albino with a sun allergy and worships the Moon goddess.
