Hmm, I hadn’t heard that; I’ll have to check that out! Fever is the default, and the one pretty much everybody is familiar with. Chill is like a minor, funky version of the same theme. And it’s a really long tune. I just listened to it for the first time in ages, and it’s kinda all over the place.😅

Also, what is it about grandmas and Dr. Mario? My dad's stepmom introduced me to the NES and was an avid Dr. Mario player. She got so much father along in it than I ever have.😆
