All the players but one are very new, so I guess they don't know any better. Ha! As the story is beginning, they are still adding more and more.

I think I have really tried to allow players to world build with me and then build off of that. So it has really been helpful not to create in a void. I gave the initial premise of the initial town and said, create your backstories ending with a reason you are here now. But they added so much!

Oh!! This is so good and helpful!!! I have the tinest idea of the BBEG so this helps me process in the right direction.

So good news, I did do a one shot first. But GM style is for sure being figured out as I go. We did a really good session zero so that helped with all of our expectations.
