Why are the names (as opposed to email addresses) of the recipients and the sender redacted? I want to know who sent it, and to whom!

An injunction should be obtained to return to the legal name, remove any signage, correct the website, and any other fix required. Finally, each and every board member including the chair should be sued for the damages to the building and the cost of restoration.

That’s an illegal defacement of a government building. And an illegal expenditure of funds in contravention of existing US law. The board, including the chair, should be removed for cause.

the legislature proposed the removal limitation and the executive accepted by signing it into law. [I assume no vetoes/overrides.] Upending 90 years of precedent rips up that contract.
