And another thing! This attack against DEI is really about white men getting upset that they have to compete with everyone else, exposing the truth that they are no better than anyone else. The standards haven't been lowered, they just have to bring it like the rest of us.

We need more people to stand up to this assault against Black people. They are trying to erase us from history, diminish the progress and hard work of many. Color blind means you don't see us. This is their plan. This has always been the plan. We need a plan to counteract this ongoing hate.

? Why are none of these reporters asking for specific proof of Trump's claims about DEI? Where is the list of Black pilots,who are not as qualified as their white counterparts? Where is the example of a company lowering their standards after initiating DEI? It's all a lie! We need to call it out!

We are at this inflection point in American democracy being no more bec a majority of adult white people can’t handle black & brown (& women) being treated w/dignity & equality to their humanity, & most white Americans would rather destroy🇺🇸democracy & their comfort than see that come into fruition.
