🔵Obsessions: intrusions, thoughts, images + words in your mind that you don't want there
🔵Anxiety: obsessions cause distressing emotions such as anxiety, plus distress, guilt and shame
🔵Compulsions: behaviours used to try to reduce the anxiety and distress
