Fantastic day today working with TTCT leaders and colleagues from @impetus.org.uk to continue the design of TTCT Intervention Centres.

Completely mission aligned day focussed on enhancing life choices!

Looking forward to delivering training on effective implementation at TTCT.

I plan to explore closing the communication, knowledge, action, and review gap through the Empowered to Lead model.

It's been a busy week at TTCT, as we begin to refine plans for the academic year 2025-26.

We have been discussing and refreshing the TTCT School Improvement Model. I look forward to adding some more detail about the six components we have identified over the coming weeks.

TTCT Curriculum Teams worked hard to launch LearnEd for our Y11 scholars and continue to add new content to support students' preparation for their examinations.

Reducing workload for staff and increasing support for students.

Great to visit SelstonHigh and Heritage High today.

Always great to speak to students and see the great work happening.

Both schools helping students recall key knowledge through 100% companions.

A great start to the week at Super Selston.

Thumbs up from Mrs Bailey and I. I really enjoyed visiting Y11 lessons and talking to students about maximising these last few weeks.

Making the most of the plane journey and re-reading the Six Working Genius by Patrick Lencioni - a book that really resonates with me and the teams I have worked with.

I love the narrative about how the model came about as much as the model.

Team Friesland have crafted curriculum plans to ensure the 'what' of the curriculum is powerful. A lot of work has gone into securing attention and setting the conditions for learning (through learning modes) to ensure the intended curriculum is the lived curriculum.

Building a compelling culture is one of our strategic anchors. We know this is easier said than done. Culture has to be taught not caught. Senior leaders spent time on some of our artefacts & language on Friday. We all made commitments to do even more in this space. #ambition #teamwork

We closed down Semester 1 and term 3 with a trust-wide Semester Review Day.
Every team reviewing their improvement plan, looking at data and insights to identify key successes and key next steps. Teams working together to share expertise, wisdom and workload.

We are excited for our first trust-wide Semester Review Day tomorrow. TTCT Headteachers putting the final touches on their ambition briefings and middle leaders have been busy preparing for extended time with their teams. #smashingit

As we begin to close down Semester 1 we have reviewed our successes and next steps on our 3 year strategic plan. It is a pleasure to work alongside the such a talented exec team and committed trust board. Lots still to do!
