It's so difficult! Thankfully I've noticed more products like fody coming out lately which has helped immensely for my dad (started following it 10 years ago). We've had to redo everything in the house though because he has dementia and doesn't remember he has to follow a special diet.

For a few years we'd find them at Sobeys. Last year I had to create our own with a variety. Still fun!

Love this! I'll have to add it into our plans too. I normally share a tea advent calendar with my son & a cheese one with my daughter! Love the memories 💜
