These people all think they are in charge for life. They don’t care about optics.

I know humor is good in tough times but it’s becoming hard to laugh now.

I am a mother to an adult son with severe autism who needs 24/7 care and would become catatonic without his family. The anguish this mother is going through is the worst possible form of torture. Her son must be released now! This is beyond cruel.

I’m not reading all of that. It’s hard to stomach how it could possibly take someone so long to finally leave

The sad thing about Canada: if a special needs family would hope to immigrate there, they have medical inadmissibility laws that deny entrance if your special needs kids is deemed “too costly” for the system. The whole world needs to do a better job for our kids.
