iirc you're -supposed- to disclose it but nothing will happen if you don't, since it's up to the whims of whoever is working that day on if they want to actually take action or not. most companies will disclose it since it's a lot worse if it comes out after the fact than if it was already listed.

The solution to "downtime" or "dead game" isn't to introduce fomo stuff like Sunny Sundays or Double Rep Reward Weekend, it's to make the content serve a different purpose than what it currently does.
It also only really feels dead if you aren't on Aether or Crystal, tbh.

I've noticed it happens around lunch first, then waits about 10-12 hours before happening at night more often.

This is the same studio that made that other AI game right? I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, but all the gaming media I read/listened to claimed there was none used (not that they would know or bother to push back against the Dev's words without concrete proof tho)
