No luck, was doing pretty good but couldn't survive all the puppets and Geppetto at the same time. Gonna have to try and either rush Geppetto early game or find a way to mitigate these dang puppets going all in X.x

Another abstract game, I would suggest checking out Santorini! Very fun, simple rules, incredibly complex with the strategies you can use to win. Plus the theming and art style on this one is gorgeous ❤️ I suck at this game, but I do adore it all the same.

5a. Although I have the most nostalgia and always find myself going back to Mario Party 3. The quest for the Millennium Superstar, the duel boards (which NEED to make a comeback i loved those so much) and by the third entry for the N64 the boards and games were finely crafted and always a blast!!!

5. Mario Party, any of them really. These games combine board game-like strategy with collections of mini games & enough Nintendo BS to leave the experience always an engaging & entertaining one! Really glad the last 2 entries have been pushing the brand forward while also embracing what came before

4. Simpsons Hit & Run!!! For a kid who was 11 when this came out, this was the closest my parents would let me get to GTA. I have come back to play this over and over, the jokes are still hilarious, a mod team has created entirely new levels/zones and even a freaking SpongeBob rom hack! Nostalgia ❤️

3. Quirky to the nth degree, I found Deadly Premonition new at Gamestop the week it came out. It was $20 brand new & at the time no physical release was that cheap. I had to buy it and see what a $20 game that looked this campy would be like. This is the most absurd, fun, engaging game I've played.

2. Hitman 2016 & on with 2 & 3 leading up to all 3 collectively being avaliable as Hitman World of Assassination. No other game has levels this handcrafted and meticulous for mayhem and creativity. The multiplayer elements adding fun in a weird Super Mario Maker style of building levels for friends~

1. The very first game I ever played was this beauty for the N64. To this day I still go back and play this once a year. It helped me fall in love with not only 3D platformers but video games as a whole.
