A great privilege of my life was working with FDNY for 6 years. People who always do for others quietly without recognition, without enough thanks. That’s not the point, you see.
Instead, it’s rest of us who have the responsibility to see these daily acts of the doers of those caretakers around us

From OBB to Tariffs any revenue from tariffs are from taxes paid by us all and Republicans already spent that money !! (&more) to give tax cuts to the wealthy.

We have an estimated 800,000 home shortage to tackle over the next decade from generations of inaction.
We do not tell enough stories about what 800,000 more homes means to New Yorkers in every part of our state. To finally have a place to call home.

Unlocking historic tax credits (read: niche fellow housing nerds) will make more adaptive reuse projects possible especially upstate - attracting 💰 investment turning historic buildings into housing.
