I am less surprised, Helen. 1000s of NHS hours of 12+ staff staring silently back at 12+ staff while 1 drones on. Unhelpful agendas (a topic, yes, but no clue if it’s to inform, consult or decide)So papers go unread. Explanatory monologues instead. Cameras off. Emails done. Usual suspects. Dead air.
