At least 10 people were killed and 30 more were injured after a man drove a pickup truck into crowds on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, in what officials are calling a deliberate attack. Investigators said they found what appeared to be improvised explosive devices in the truck.

I was in a hit and run last November in West Jordan. The officer who came to the scene after the other driver sped off told me he sometimes sees multiple hit and runs A DAY.
