Do financiers believe in sustainability or not? Funnily enough, Stuart Kirk, who lost his job as a bank sustainability chief a few years back for calling out #ESG as greenwash believes they should. Worth a read

Can the bioeconomy help save the Amazon from deforestation?
News earlier this year that Asian clothing factories supplying H&M and Zara were buying cotton linked to deforestation and land-grabbing in Brazil doubtless come as a shock to the two global fashion giants, who pointed to the fact that the cotton had been certified sustainable by the Better Cotton initiative.

The most worrying thing about the controversy over methane-suppressant #Bovaer being trialled on dairy farms is that it could further inhibit companies from introducing it in their supply chains. As @fairrinitiative.bsky.social points out, methane is a big blindspot. www.reuters.com/sustainabili...
