Hey @shoelesspodcast.bsky.social I was thinking about joining SABR. I’m a wanna be amateur historian, info junkie and baseball fan. I enjoy doing at bit of travel and I’ve headed to a couple of local gravesites. I’m not sure what or how much I could contribute. Is it something worth trying?

Took a drive to the Grand Rapids Museum. Super thrilled to see the small but fascinating baseball exhibit. I was excited to see a ball signed by Ned Garver!

The real highlight of C2E2 this year was adding Mark Chiarello’s signature to my Seed of Destruction 1. I had the other 3 sign……31 years ago. Art Adams dated it. I’m glad he did because I wouldn’t have remembered the date.
