This was so heartfelt and beautiful. You capture that bittersweetness of their summer coming to an end so well. The idea of Henry bringing the ‘stars’/fireflies to Hans is so sweet and that hug they share at the end tore my heart in half ❤️‍🩹

Thank you 😭!! I love motorcycles and how they look so I’ve been drawing them on and off for a couple of years. The one here is based on a Suzuki V-Strom 1000 model!

It’s literally what I draw 99% of the time — I just need to kick my ass to actually post it lol. The next pieces I have lined up are all OC art though! Can’t get this guy out of my head…

I actually ended up settling on Procreate of all things, ahah. My previous laptop was starting to have problems running PS, and I had moved countries and didn’t bring a drawing tablet with me at first. Ended up buying an ipad after a while, just so I could draw, but it did take some getting used to!

This drawing was actually inspired by one of Daily OC Questions' post about who your OC's first kiss was 😭

Changing programs can be such a massive hurdle to overcome — i totally get it! Had similar issues when I couldn’t continue using photoshop a few years ago… I do hope you find something that works for you (CSP seems promising, at least!) but oh boy do I understand the frustration 😔

I’m rooting for the two of them to get there! Now… it can’t be so bad to leave Ingmar in charge for a while, right??

Digital, and thank you! I tend to call it painting regardless because I never know what to refer to it, beyond calling it a ‘piece’ but I use that word so often I feel I have to change it around sometimes, ahah

It warms my heart to hear that! I hope the stuff discussed in this part can continue to offer more of that too. I’ve always felt very alone and stuck in my own head when dealing with this problem, so knowing others can relate or feel encouraged by reading about my experiences means a lot 🙂
