As for the lack of criminal cases, probably something to do with the horrifyingly low rape conviction rate in the US, and the stigma female rape reporters experience. Like the harassment Zak is putting these women through, for instance.

I agree that the court ruled that Zak did not physically force Vivka to move in with her. Will you agree that the court, in the same case, ruled six other statements about Zak coercing Vivka into sex to be true? Because if not, you're a hypocrite.

Furthermore, even if I did present you any sort of proof, you'd just say it was wrong because Zak told you so.

Because it's a question with no useful purpose. I don't have to relitigate what happened in the courtroom, there was an entire trial that did that for me, and according to the judge's statement most of what Vivka said was found to be true.

The court also ruled that 6 of her statements about Zak being a rapist who coerced her into sex were true. Why is it you never acknowledge that? This is the same court who awarded him that whole dollar, clearly you think they're just and correct because you keep posting the ruling.

You're sitting there talking about the judgement in the most broad, vague terms hoping that's all people will look at, when in fact the court ruled that most of what Vivka said about Zak the abuser was true, and says so in the detailed statement released at the end of the trial.

You do realize that what you keep posting doesn't invalidate anything I've posted, right? Zak was awarded $1 as a result of the court finding one of the defendant's statements false by a strict definition of the word force, but at the same time the court found 6 other statements to be true.

The judge has already looked at the proof and made statements, which I copied and pasted above. I just have to refer to the Final Statement of Decision filed with the Superior Court of California County Of Los Angeles.

Directly referencing the final statement of the court record is not a crime, and the fact that you say it is is just more proof of how you're willing to lie to protect a rapist.
