Think creatively about how to enshrine in said constitution the separation of 4th power : media. So that news channels and social networks couldn't be controlled by billionaires nor government branches ( Executive, Legislative or Judicial).

Stop considering US Constitution like a Holy text but as a legal and political compromise written by rich white men (sometimes enlightened, sometimes not) bounded to their time and allow for mechanisms to safely revise the constitution. (Not that hard- see other democracies)

And of course establish same proportionality for Representatives and oh- how about that too for electing a president?

The rethinking of senate functioning as an institution: it is given too much power (usually to block socially progressive, democratic efforts) with no proportionate legitimacy to its level of empowerment...
