Been ill the entire festive period, but dragged myself up the pier with the kids to do some seal spotting

Summer seems a long time ago. This one is ill again and has spent the day curled up to me. I hate neutropenia. He is really struggling with illness, aching and fatigue again lately. He is also never on one of his bad points when we have our hospital visits!

Biggest one came home from school with these shoes yesterday and was cross because I took him to get new ones. Also holes in the trouser knee. Please tell me it's not just my teen!

Still one of the best bits of my year. Never thought I'd see them in my back garden in a city in Essex!
