We need to put pressure on the businesses to be in the fight with us. The only leverage we have is economic power. Once we start using our resources to decide what is acceptable, they will too!

If people were getting hired and promoted based on their ability no one would be upset, the problem is that doesn’t happen. The same guy saying that just put a Fox News Host in charge of the Pentagon. The world is filled with people who are mediocre in top positions because of how they look.
