Bernie Sanders and A.O.C visited and was apart of a rally in my home town this afternoon for " anti-oligarchy " and a fight for constitutional rights. They actually talked to the people and listened. Refreshing to say the least.

It's so exhausting when you spend all day trying to find solutions to a problem and some one comes along and says " well I don't think that will work ...but ok" just try it before you knock it. 😫

Happy I got off Facebook it was so toxic and bad for my mental health....in doing so, I found an app that keeps mind engaged and helping me with different pillars of my life . Most importantly I'm not left doom scrolling for hours on end, this change has been positive to say the least.

Just finished a book called " Look me in the Eye " by John Elder Robinson.
This book was referred to me by family member just after my daughter was diagnosed with Autism.
This book was about John Elder growing up with Aspergers in the 60s and 70s . I give it a 8/10 . Highly recommend.

After two weeks of being in being in pain , went to the doctor and on a treatment plan for sciatica, meds and physicaltherapy. Doc hopes I'll be back to normal in a month .

It talks about how deranged this man truly is.
It's on spotify....I listened to it back in the summer . It was enlightening to say the least.

Seems kind of bittersweet with all the stuff going in with aviation industry right now . But we visited my brother in law in and went to the aviation museum . Very cool place , hope to go back in a few weeks.

As a casual non-white observer, it’s so bizarre to see folks work so hard to try to prove their superiority over someone like me when they could spend that time actually bettering their own lives and…I don’t know, be happy instead of miserable fucks.
