Frozen veggie mix. Toss into rice with a protein. Make a big batch for the next three or four days. You can nuke it, too, by adding a little water into the container. Multivitamins are not going to do enough. Trust me, if I could live off of vitamins and supplements, I would. 😅

On the flip side, not having a family to rely upon can make some become much more adaptable and self-sufficient, because they have no safety net to fall back upon.
