We didn't have all the power. The Fascists control the House and Supreme Court. Plus I'll admit Garland screwed up. But that doesn't dismiss the fact that Trump is a criminal, nothing dumb or dismissive about that ... the lower courts held him to account: 34 felonies, fraud, rape/SA, etc.
