Contrasting perspectives bring better solutions. Giving everyone a seat at the table makes a stronger organization. Valuing people for who they are builds long term loyalty and dedication. THIS is the heart of DEI! THIS is what some foolish and cowardly CEO's have relinquished for personal gain!!

If only our Democratic leaders would take a page or two from their counterparts playbook and stiffarm every single nomination and agenda item from now on, they just might save our country. We are now living in that "break glass" emergency time you kept telling us about during fund-raising season.

Just finished reading an outstanding book by
@chrislhayes.bsky.social called "The Sirens' Call". Offers a good dose of sane rationale as to why a monster like Trump is able to steal the attention of so many for such horrible ends. Also some great ideas for how to move ahead. Highly recommended!

@andrewlseidel.bsky.social has written an outstanding book called "The Founding Myth". Makes a very strong case as to why the United States was never meant to be a "Christian Nation", but rather one where each individual citizen was free to choose precisely what they would or would not believe in.

Beyond disturbing that this is the person that "godly" people were gushing to install for all the world (including America's youth) to see. I wonder how many Sunday School teachers field questions from children regarding lies, attacks, and sexual misconduct from our sanctioned leaders?

Just finished reading "How America Works...". I've read many books these past few years trying to understand why the country is going the way it is. This book is outstanding, and rates at the top of the list for articulating just what the title indicates. Fair, balanced, informative and concise!

A real "Profile in Discouragement" that after 4 years of constitutional fireworks, the net result is that the bad guys win. The media and Democratic leadership have become so enamored with the term "unprecedented" that each news cycle has to top the prior one - regardless of the damage it causes us.
