Were you not there during the women’s movement to wrestle power from men that secured our own rights - to vote, right to own property, our own public toilets, equal pay, single sex prisons, hospital wards etc?

Yes the female sex forms 51% of the world population and we are working to retain specific services and sport categories that we need to ensure privacy dignity fairness safety

She’s celebrating the highest court in the UK ruling after a fight of 7 years that the word woman in the Equality Act 2010 means biological woman - important for women - we can protect single sex services. Lesbians can exclude men who say they’re lesbians from lesbian groups and organisations

I don’t want men in women’s spaces - includes changing rooms, domestic violence refuges, hospital wards, prisons, toilets. We worked hard to gain privacy and safety from predatory men. Respect women with this view please for there are very many of us. Trump doesn’t but good people should.

You’re probably right … perhaps it’s the issue of unfairness in girls and women’s sport that has primarily influenced people’s understanding of what’s going on
