In the New Year, if you ever find yourself asking, "What is the meaning of life?", then you are, in fact, invoking it by asking such a question in the first place.

To enquire about the nature of everything is to approach the meaning of everything.

Continue seeking truth this year.

The only tolerable, mass centralisation of power should be that which is ultimately beholden to the people.

Acquiring technologies with access to the collective attention of the globe on a whim should not be permissible.

Individuals wielding mass sledgehammers of capital are abhorrent.

It's your civic duty to vote; low turnouts are unacceptable in modern democracies.

When you eschew your duty you are passing the burden onto your fellows citizens to make choices on your behalf.

"But I don't know" reads as "I can't lift for I am weak".

Be politically educated, train your thought.

It is everyone's duty to develop both their body and their mind, such that they may be in harmony, and neither in excess.

European leaders should do the right thing and see to the defence of their citizens by standing up to tyrants that threaten peace.

Gazing up at the stars every once and a while reminds us that we have a lofty goal to approach, and need to orientate things accordingly to get there.

The ability to protect the weak and sunder the strong; that is the true measure of a man.

All must pursue politics in some form, lest politics pursue them. Stay engaged and prepare to vote.

Do not lose sight of the mark.

This decade will be marked by revanchism and its consequences for those who do not understand its ramifications, as well as for those who do and must watch on regardless

Too many have eschewed their duty to remain informed; they have selfishly retreated to false comfort in deceit.

They delight in lies because it is easier to dwell in that solace than confront reality.

Consequences would see them well.

America ill needs a king

Some citizens will cross oceans to fight and die for democracy and others won't even cross their road to vote.
