The GoDaddy TOC, under General Rules of Conduct specifically state that "[Customers You will not use this Site or the Services in a manner that ... Violates the privacy or publicity rights of another person or entity, or breaches any duty of confidentiality that you owe to any person or entity"

Both sites (fully, or in part) list names, employment locations, social media info, etc... of the "targets". The AAF claims they are "[trying to] restore integrity to our immigration system and border protection...". However, these two have a history of using their power to harass individuals.

In 2024, AAF received a 100k grant from Buckham's former employer, The Heritage Foundation to complete the website DHS watchlist. This particular website lists 81 people as "targets" (LITERALLY, targets...). In 2025 they published the absolute shittiest looking site I've ever seen, DEI watchlist.
