I've heard of that one, hopefully they can find a replacement similar/better. Tbh, I dont want my dx on paper cause then medical professionals can't profile me, haha. Everyone has their own reasons, just do what's comfortable for you. :]

I got put on 250mg of Wellbrutrin a few months ago and it was life-changing. I noticed alot of my switches that were triggered by anxiety are manageable and Im also having less and less mania too. I requested to not get a formal Dx and to be treated for depression and anxiety instead.

Your self esteem took a nasty blow so I want to share something Ive learned that helped me. People tend to fall outta love for the very reasons they fell in it. "Attentive and Caring" is the same as "Clingy and Persistent", only defined by a change of heart. Try not to be so harsh on yourself.

You gotta look at it as if its not just a loss for you. Friend breakups are the worse kind, IMO. You cannot and should not think you are the only one responsible for this hurt. While it may not feel possible now, You gotta move forward. Go and reinforce the relationships you still have and heal.
