A few are already moving around, some approaching Yoongi to greet him though slightly confused by his human form. Others he can sense moving on a wider path, obviously steering clear of their newest visitors. Yoongi purrs quietly as he runs his hands over the head of the owl perched on his arm, the owl trilling and angling its head to be pet more. It allows him to ignore Taehyung’s frustration for a moment — at least until the owl silently takes off into the night after rubbing its head under his chin. Yoongi drops his arms as he watches it, then exhales and looks up at the night sky peeking between the swaying branches. You’re supposed to be a god, how do you not have the answer for something like this?

Taehyung's face softened in the morning glow, lips parted slightly. The soft light weaves through Taehyung's curls, forming the perfect halo. Namjoon itches to reach out and run his hands through the amber strands, to capture Taehyung's lips between his own and taste him. Maybe next time — and he'll make sure there's a next time. Now, he carefully lifts the silk sheet from his body to get out of the bed, and grabs the first shirt he sees on the floor. Tugging it on as he steps out of the room, he bites back a smile when he realizes its Taehyung's shirt. This will definitely join his small, but growing collection at home. From here, it's easy. He knows this layout but he's never been able to freely wander through it like this. He slowly pads down the hall, taking in the things he's yet been able to see, and definitely didn't catch last night when they'd stumbled in together in a locked embrace. He stops just in front of the next entryway, the door cracked open. With a glance back the way he came, he gently pushes the door open further to slip into the room. A quiet exhale leaves him, his heart beating a little more quickly when he recognizes this as the one room he could never see from the outside. It looks like an office — a desk with a chair, several shelves with books and trinkets, elegant lamps carefully arranged in the empty corners, and a couch. Namjoon carefully steps forward, looking through the shelves for hints of why this was the one room obscured from his view. As he rounds the desk, his hip snags on one of the messy stacks, and a binder tumbles onto the rug below. Namjoon quietly clicks his tongue, bending to pick it up, and pauses. He tugs the corner of the item peeking from the binder, his skin tingling when he realizes that it's a photo of him. Immediately, he opens the binder, finding image after image of him, carefully arranged in sheet protectors. There's a flicker of heat in his belly as he passes the more intimate ones, bringing the vivid memories of him whispering Taehyung's name into his sheets to play in his mind. He stills when a throat clears, but he doesn't look up from the binder. "I will admit that there was one point where I thought it was too good to be true — I was seeing so much more of you. Not that I complained, it was exactly what I wanted." Namjoon swallows as Taehyung's voice sweeps through the room, caressing him with its deep and raspy tones. "I eventually realized we had a shared interest, and well, let's just say that I've been waiting for this moment." Namjoon's breath hitches as warmth blooms across his back, one of Taehyung's arms dipping just under his shirt to brush over his belly while the other reaches around him to turn the page in the binder he's still holding. "There was a part of me that wanted to keep this game going, just a little longer. I almost didn't approach you last night. But someone else almost got to you, and I couldn't resist." His breath hits the shell of Namjoon's ear, and Namjoon resists the urge to shiver though the heat in his belly grows. Taehyung stops turning the pages, his fingers pressing slightly on Namjoon's belly as he lands on a single image: Namjoon's back to the camera while he tugs his shirt off after work, the fabric hiding part of his back and ass. "This is personally one of my favorites. You were a vision, putting on the best show for me. What do you think, hyung?"

He doesn't need to give them an excuse to use the remote at their waist — they love taking any chance they get to use them, and assumed insubordiation is the easiest way to make that happen. "Understood? Park Jimin, are you even paying attention?" The officer's eyes glint as Jimin tunes back into him and he rushes to nod, the world spinning slightly with the motion. "Understood," Jimin manages, ignoring the flecks in his vision and the pinpricks of pain in the back of his head as he bows when the officer thankfully dismisses him. It's impossible to miss the disappointment in the officer's eyes as he forces himself upright and leaves. He has two guide bonding assignments, neither of which he is looking forward to. But he doesn't have a choice — no sentinel does. They exist to serve guides until they're no longer able to. The first assignment goes as well as it can, Jimin managing to make it out and back after forming the temporary bond. No amount of internal bracing can prepare him for the sensations when he releases the temporary bond. Goosebumps rise painfully as a chill sweeps over him, the material of his uniform brushing uncomfortably over his skin. There's a strange smell, one that burns his nose. The lights are way too bright — at least the light that he can make out from the growing spots in his vision. screenshot of doc continued: The pain in his head instantly swells, his senses are completely overwhelmed, and his world gooes dark. "He's a sentinel — it doesn't matter if he's feeling well or not." "He's not just a sentinel— he's my sentinel now. If I find out that he's been pushed beyond his limits, I will have you dismissed." "Yes, sir." Jimin tries and fails to open his eyes, barely able to register the arms that lift his body from whatever surface he was laying on. A soft scent envelops him, one that has him melting slightly. He comes to when he's laid to rest on a much softer surface, and two hands wrap around his head. The rush of energy that flickers between hot and cold helps to release the painful tension in his head. Warmth gradually returns to his body, weaving with the soft scent to guide him into a deep, blissful, sleep.

what happens when a vampire drinks from someone that has a blood curse (that they don't know about)?

What didn't make sense was how easily he'd been able to find them, at least the one currently drinking from his neck. But all it had taken was walking into one of the nearby bars, his collarbones on display. In the ten minutes since he walked through the door, he'd been bought a drink, approached by the stunning man with dark, violet-ringed eyes, and whisked behind a deep purple velvet curtain. The hands pressing into his hips suddenly grow lax, and Taehyung slowly opens his eyes when he feels something trickling from his neck. The world has softened into a pleasant haze, and Taehyung knows he'll sleep well tonight once he gets back to his place. The vampire's body suddenly slumps forward, nearly knocking Taehyung back from where he's straddled on the vampire's lap. The haze is shocked out of his system, Taehyung jerking to catch the heavy weight resting against him. He stiffens when he registers the heat that radiates through the vampire's clothes as he tries to push the vampire off him. The vampire resists, swaying back toward him with an open mouth that misses the bite on his neck. Blood trickles over Taehyung's collarbones and down the front of his shirt. Taehyung finally manages to lay the vampire back against the chair they're in, his breath hitching as he makes out a line of sweat on the vampire's brow in the dim light. "Hey," Taehyung tries, pressing the vampire's shoulder slightly to no avail. He must be imagining the heat growing from underneat the vampire's shirt.

Taehyung swallows and sinks further into his seat, ignoring the images floating in his mind to watch the two pack members that have started wrestling in front of him. Something they've taken up doing recently, and he's still not sure why. Each time, it gets more difficult to resist the desire that coils around him. The flashing skin, the rippling muscles, the harsh pants. Still, he refuses to submit to it. Because submitting means risking uncovering the identity he's worked so hard to hide and he can't do that. Not now. Not ever.

"I'm so s—" Hoseok's apology dies on his tongue as a figure rises from the ground, baggy clothes doing very little to hide the broad figure the shuffles up to him. The flash of silver above full lips barely distracts him from the platinum buzz cut, and Hoseok struggles to not run his hands over it. He internally scolds himself — not appropriate. "Hi, I'm Kim Namjoon, Namsunie's parent? Sorry for how I'm dressed, I came right after work. " The deep voice paired with a dimpled smile kicks Hoseok in the knees, and he nods jerkily as he struggles to stay upright. "Namjoon. Namsunie. Prett—" Hoseok looks up at the ceiling, blood rushing to his cheeks as he still manages to make a fool of himself, and clears his throat. "I'm sorry. I'm Jung Hoseok, Namsunie's teacher. Come in?"
