Back from vacation and jumped right back into #visiblealtruism. Volunteering can make such an impact on your community. The payment is not in money but rather the feeling you get by giving up your time in the service of others.

This cattle egret was waiting for me at the fence to Polo Beach. We were driving past to say hi to the skydivers but he beckoned us in. How could we say no? There is a good crowd of nudists here. Another day of enjoying the beach clothes-free.

Met Mary and Trish at Polo Beach. Mary said, "I know you from Facebook!" They are Kama'aina and filled me in on naturism in the Islands. They are excited about the idea to unite the naturists in the Islands. We ladies had a great time!

Had a great time with our friend Ron who met up with us at Polo Beach. Fantastic weather there. It was great catching up and we talked about how we can unite the AANR members who live on the different islands. Mahalo Ron for the gift of your friendship and time.

We participated in the "Trashure Hunt" for the yearly California Coastal Cleanup Day. Had some egret supervisors watching our progress. We cleaned Bates Beach on the non-nude side. Thanks to all the volunteers who showed up to make this happen. #VisibleAltruism

Attended the Füde Experience last night. We had 32 diverse coed attendees. We were served Pomegranate orange salad, followed by King trumpet mushrooms with mushroom bordelaise over potato puree, and ended with pomegranate strawberry apple crumble. All plant-based. Another great nude event.
