I feel your pain. I had the same hairdresser for over 20 years. Even when I moved, she wasn't too far away. Then, 18 months ago I moved 300 miles away. I have spent that trying to find someone who could do it as well as her. I haven't found one yet, even though she sent me instructions 😥
