In my youth I was inspired by the Jews who marched to end racial injustice. My heroes. I was in awe. Until I learned how Israel treated minorities. Some Jews represent the best of humanity and some the worst. I wish being a good world citizen was valued above worship of one's religion or "tribe".

80 yr old white gal from VA. Jews supporting civil rights were my heroes. Learned of occupation of Palestine. Apartheid. Quietly girl-cotted Israel products. Feared stating my views might encourage intolerance. Always saw Netanyhu as evil. Support Jews not Israel government. Heartbreaking dilemma.

When Hamas attacked, I simultaneously sobbed & felt enormous rage at Netanyahu. Jews were my heroes during civil rights marches but Israel's apartheid rule led to me "girl-cotting" Israeli products since mid 80's, & I've always thought Netanyahu was extreme & evil. Not all Jews are good people.

I've ALMOST been duped by some videos, where my knowledge was just enough to arouse suspicion and doubt. Recently, however, I was quite "impressed" by one later identified as AI generated. Social media, always "iffy" has given me an even bigger reason to stay away!

Democrats see Musk as now being on their side???? None that I've heard, but even if some do, such broad statements are frustrating to read in an otherwise good commentary about Trump, Musk and Putin.

I stopped listening to NPR on Saturdays because of this show. Probably could have endured 30 min of inane chatter. Worst NPR show, ever.

This Southern white gal was aghast at his dog whistles when he attacked welfare queens. Further, my frugal commonsense saw "trickle down economics" as the great suck up that it was. He declared that government was the problem and and that the "haves" deserved to have and that "have-nots" didn't.

Darn. AI? I'm unable to imagine how it was created, even with AI. Gave up watching "amazing wild animal" videos on YouTube since AI. At least I knew enough about the size of the hawk that was supposedly caring for kittens whose mom had died to be immediately skeptical, beyond the absurd story.
