I was just thinking about this and the misapplication of the "no true Scotsman fallacy." Lack of integration ≠ appeal to purity. Re "leftists": If someone hasn't integrated the concepts, they aren't embodying the values - and also get lumped in to the same pile as those who have/are.
Do you ever feel like half the terminology we use in our everyday life now has a double meaning depending on who is using it?

This is what I'm learning as I experiment with my loom knitting. It also helps me unpack my productivity and perfectionism mindset.
Sometimes you pour pancake batter onto the skillet and realize immediately “wellp, that’s gonna be an ugly one.”
I think art and writing goes the same way.
you can try to fix it while it fries, learn and pour a better one next time, or find the person who wants to eat it in all its ugliness

I'm sad that I slept on TikTok for so long but glad I was there for the end. Even if it comes back, I doubt it will be the same.
