Jeg leser hele tiden at ungdommer bli sendt til "Death row" eller "livstid uten mulighet for å slippe ut" i USA og syns det er helt bak mål.
Samtidig så kan ikke Norge straffe ungdom for grov vold/drap i det hele tatt...
