consider this the soft announcement/explanation of why i haven't been around as much in group settings i'm normally a part of etc., shit sucks, anxiety is skyrocketing, i feel like mopey shit all the time and i'd like to stop embarrassing myself/freaking out anyone around me who has to witness it

we need to forge our own paths and take care of our communities and not only find joy but create it. we need to keep going for the future, a liveable future built through solidarity and collective action. it's so important for other people to do more than just see us
