Generally pinching back a few of the blooms will focus more energy into the remaining blooms/fruit. Maybe a light dose of liquid fertilizer.

I think mice eat tulips too. One year i lost all of my yellow tulips then the year after that they were all gone... no deer in my subdivision so I have no idea maybe grubs or something else?

Many plants deter deer esp strong smelling plants. Mint, chives, lavender, beebalm, citronella plants and so on.
