THACKER, Circuit Judge, with whom Judge KING joins, concurring: The panel unanimously agrees that the district court's order requiring the Government to facilitate and effectuate the return of Plaintiff Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia to the United States by no later than 11:59 PM on Monday, April 7, 2025," should not be stayed. The Government's motion to stay is, therefore, denied. I write to explain my view. The United States Government has no legal authority to snatch a person who is lawfully present in the United States off the street and remove him from the country without due process. The Government's contention otherwise, and its argument that the federal courts are powerless to intervene, are unconscionable.

Just to be precise, I bet it slams into that 14.80 key level then dumps. Good chance it happens at 14 though and doesn't make it to the 14.80 key level again at all.
