I think the monthly payment is only modestly lower (and that’s assuming the rate on a 50 yr mortgage isn’t higher than the 30 yr rate) but equity builds a lot slower with a 50 yr mortgage. Even if you move after 10 yrs, you will be taking a lot less equity with you.

Good 10 seasons but died early so didn’t even play into his 30’s. Great avg, love the OBP. Solid doubles and steals but just not long enough of a career.
