These tools are built on theft, and many VAs have to take a contract even if it says they'll use genAI because they need the money that bad.
No amount of disclosure will change that these tools were built by massively hoarding data illegally for them to work even a little bit.

Maybe for more indie stuff that's true, but really, I got 95% of my songs from Spotify there (and a bunch were already unavailable in my region for Spotify) and I listen to a lot of game osts, city pop and some smaller American bands.

Also Deezer comes with a great library importer

I see, thanks a lot for explaining !

Must be quite the challenge to keep the original feeling with optimized performance at times ! And I guess also a challenge to get into, but coming from bridging users and tech via UI/UX I'm sure you'll do great and wish you the best !

As someone not too knowledgeable of job descriptions in the game industry can you explain to me what a technical artist is ?

Is it like, a more engine/code focused artist position ?
What you shared looks absolutely sick by the way

A lot of video-game publishers spend hundreds of millions of dollars chasing after "realistic graphics" and "massive open-worlds" when what players really want is just a shitload of weird little guys
