Fun Fact! In 1963 my great-grandfather, Barry McPhee, sold some of the land he owned along Tustin Ave. in Orange to Don and Marie Callender for their first pie shop with attached restaurant. The McPhee's were friends with the Callender's for decades. But Fred and I still had to pay for our dinner.
