This is not the prettiest thing I've ever cooked but it excites me. Zucca agrodolce is a classic Sicilian dish with a sweet and sour sauce over zucca, or Sicilian pumpkin. I thought, why not do the agrodolce sauce with pumpkin ravioli and my friends, it is bomb.
