I am sorry if i am rambling, but i was scrolling and I saw your post and recordnized much of my own struggles in the past (well food can still be struggle time to time)

Having a appitite is also about routine.
If you eat something the same time everyday, soon your body will start to get used to the routine and the extra energy it's getting. And appitite will start to follow, soon you get hungry.

Please try and stick to it. Some days suck and you will hate it, and thats okay. There will be a days you feel amazing after working out. And your body, mind and health will thank you in the long run.

But food is critical, just get something into your system.

I am disabled, got terrible pain in my whole body and i am constantly tired. Working out has helped me get stronger to deal with my daily life and honestly i feel so much better mentally after a good workout. Like "F- yeah, i did that!"

I really advocate for working out, find a routine that works

I also struggle with appitite and eating enough, i find different shakes and smoothies help me get enough into my system when food aint calling.

It's really important to get enough protein and energy from food to be able to work out.
Try protein shakes after working out.
