I think he throws out a lot of stuff to see what sticks and the stuff that sticks is the stuff he means

When I call about a denied claim I make sure to ask for the full name of person I’m talking to and of the medical director who denied it so I can document them in the medical record for when there’s a bad outcome. Have had some reversals using this tactic 💪🩺
