People really be out here having whole arguments when they could have just decided to not take themselves so seriously & laughed instead.
I may be a little over the top with my self deprecation but I think more people could do with a little more laughing at themselves & less defensiveness. :P

Pst, CorpoDino here: It's calculated, they have a limited amount of raises to "hand out" so during calibrations, managers talk to each other and get approval for who gets what. Which means some people are handed out lower scores arbitrarily in order to ensure the chosen few get those raises.
