1500 days learning on Doulingo and I am finally free of the owl. No regrets, but I feel like I have stopped gaining anything from it and can still barely make basic conversation, pero entiendo mejor que hablar. Moving on with Buusu and continuing comprehensible input through videos and podcasts.

Dug a hole for a bush in our front yard and decided to check it with my metal detector. Glad I did! After a lot of clean up it turned out great and still fits the locks in our house. Wish I had taken before and after shots, because it was super rusty crusty.

A reminder: If you say proportional representation is dangerous because it might give extremists a platform, but also insist we must vote Liberal because the CPC has supposedly been taken over by extremists and could win a majority with 40%—that’s a contradiction.
